1. General Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your spot in the workshop. This deposit is non-refundable, as it helps us cover the initial costs of organizing the workshop.
  • Full Payment: Once full payment is made, the following refund conditions apply:
  • Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your participation in the workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the timing of the cancellation as outlined below:
         - Cancellations made 60 days or more before the start of the workshop: 100% of the workshop fee will be refunded, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
         - Cancellations made within 60 days of the workshop start date: No refunds will be issued unless the spot is filled by another participant. In such cases, a refund may be issued, minus a processing fee.
         - No Shows: If you do not attend the workshop and have not provided prior notice of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

2. Workshop Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
         - A full refund, or
         - A credit for future workshops, as per your preference.
  • We reserve the right to modify the schedule, location, or content of the workshop. If these changes are significant, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the option to withdraw with a full refund.

3. Minimum Participants Requirement

Our workshops require a minimum number of participants to be confirmed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop.

In such cases, participants who have already paid their deposit will receive a full refund of the 40% deposit.

You will be notified as soon as we know whether the workshop will proceed or be canceled due to insufficient participants, no later than 45 days before the workshop start date.

4. Special Circumstances

In cases of illness, injury, or other emergency situations preventing participation, we may consider offering partial refunds or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis. You must provide documentation (such as a medical certificate) to support your claim.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation request, once it is confirmed.

Any applicable fees (e.g., administrative or non-refundable deposits) will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Currency and Bank Fees

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency. Please be aware that any bank fees or currency exchange rates may affect the total refund amount.

7. Post-Production Services

In addition to our workshops, through our LAB, we offer a range of post-production services to enhance your underwater content. These services are available for participants and anyone else who may need professional editing and finishing. Our offerings include:

  • Video Editing: Professional video editing services to assemble your underwater footage into a polished final product. This includes cutting, color grading, opening and ending motion design, and music to create a high-quality video that tells your story.
  • Photo Retouching: We provide expert photo retouching services to enhance your underwater photographs. This includes adjusting exposure, color balance and correction, sharpness, and removing distractions to bring out the best in your images.
  • Digital Grading: Our digital grading service offers advanced color correction and enhancement. We adjust the colors, tones, and contrasts to achieve the perfect look for your photography or footage.

8. Refunds for Post-Production Services

  • Cancellation by Client: For post-production services, once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued. If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us before any work has started, and we will refund any payments made for services not yet begun.
  • No Revisions Included: Please note that no revisions are included as part of the post-production service. Once the work is completed and delivered, it is considered final. Clients are encouraged to provide us the best RAW material possible and clearly specify any special requests or preferences before the work begins. After the final product is delivered, no changes will be accepted, and no further revisions will be made.
  • Final Approval: Once the final product is delivered, no further changes will be accepted. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the provided materials (footage, photos, etc.) are correct and complete before submission for editing.
  • Dissatisfaction: While we strive to produce high-quality work, we recognize that creative preferences can be subjective. No refunds will be provided based on dissatisfaction with the final result after delivery.

9. Online Tutorials Sales

We offer online tutorials on underwater photography and video techniques. By purchasing our tutorials, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds:

  • No Refunds on Digital Products: Once a tutorial has been purchased and access is granted, refunds will not be issued. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns on purchased tutorials.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience any technical issues with accessing the tutorial after purchase, please contact us within 14 days. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution, such as granting access to the tutorial on a different platform or device.
  • Content Satisfaction: If you feel that the tutorial does not meet your expectations or needs, please contact us. While we do not offer refunds for digital content, we value feedback and will work with you to ensure the content is useful for your learning goals.
